You will receive this quest once you complete the quest "Rathdown Build Up" and then reach Ardmel.
Restoring the Trade Post at Ardmel will provide access to honey.

Use any way you can to get rid of all the enemies that are in the area. Be prepared for some elite opponents.
Find and read the note lying next to the red tent.
Head up to the coast to Gobbins. There you will find a small camp and a locked cage. Deed is located inside.
To get the key you will have to dive into the sea.
Return to Ardmel and use the wooden board to restore the trade post.
