Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest Rathdown Build Up.
You will receive this quest once you complete the quest "Rathdown Build Up" and then reach Dysert.
Restoring the Trade Post at Dysert will provide access to scriptures.

Kill all the enemy soldiers you come across in and around the trade post.
When you get rid of all the enemies break the crates, vases and reed wall blocking the entrance to the interior of the walls.
Inside you will find a note which you should read.
Head to the north coast and find the chest in the bandit encampment located there.
Return to Dysert and use the wooden board to restore the trade post.
