Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest Rathdown Build Up.
You will receive this quest once you complete the quest "Rathdown Build Up" and then reach Lisdurrow.
Restoring the Trade Post at Lisdurrow will provide access to books.

Use any way you can to get rid of all the enemies that are in the area. One of them will be an elite Goliath.
Once you get rid of all the enemies, find the note in one of the rooms inside the wall surrounding the post.
It will tell you where to go to obtain the deed to the Trade Post.
Precisely Inked Note
I couldn't save any sacred texts, but I followed the bandits to Inchroe. There they took every scrap of writing - even the deed to the post!
Head to Inchroe, it is a large bandit camp. You need to get inside one of the stilt houses. The door is barred from inside.
To get inside, you must first destroy the barricade blocking the view of the door from the window on the other side. To do this you can shoot the red jar inside the house through another of the windows, or you can use the Incendiary Powder Trap ranged ability.
With the barricade at the window destroyed, you can now shoot the lock on the door.
Then enter the hut and grab the deed from the chest.
Return to Lisdurrow and use the wooden board to restore the trade post.
