This quest will start automatically after you have done three royal demands for kings of Meath and thus completed the quest "War Efforts".
Eivor has helped kings in the surrounding regions who in return have sent men and resources to Flann. Eivor is to meet him in Knockfree and devise a plan of attack.
1. Speak to Flann in Knockfree
Go to Knockfree and talk to Flann who you will find in the war camp set up there. He will thank you for your help and tell you that Bárid is waiting for you in the tent on the hill, after which this short quest will end and another one will begin - "Foothold in Connacht".
