Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest Rathdown Build Up.
You will receive this quest once you complete the quest "Rathdown Build Up" and then reach Drumlish.
Restoring the Trade Post at Drumlish will provide access to dyed cloths.

When you get there you will find a pack of wolves which you will have to get rid of.
Climb the branch of the leaning tree and walk over the rope that hangs above the trade post to the tree where you will find the note.
Head to Knockfree. You will find the document inside the walls of a ruined tower.
To get to it you must destroy the stone wall.
You can do this by shooting through the grated hole at the oil jars that are on the other side.
You will find the document in the skeleton.
Return to Drumlish and use the wooden board to restore the trade post.
