This quest starts automatically after Eivor reads the letter from King of Dublin and thus you complete the quest "Irish Trade".
Sail to Ireland to open trade and rejoin Eivor's long-lost cousin Bárid, now King of Dublin.

When you are ready to travel to Ireland, simply tell Azar about that and you will set sail.
When your boat docks in the port of Dublin, you will be greeted by your cousin. This will end this quest and the next one will begin - "Blood Bond".
After completing this quest, you will be able to play the quest Blood Bond.
