Ymir's Tear Stones Assassin's Creed Valhalla Points of interest

30 Ymir's Tear Stones can be found in Asgard, and once you've acquired them all, you'll be able to use them to make an offering at Ymir's Altar (Asgard). One stone will spawn when you complete the world event, and some of them won't be accessible until you've progressed through the Asgard / Jotunheim story.

Strange yet beautiful stones. The legends say they are fragments of Ymir's frozen tears. It may be I can give them as an offering somewhere.

The chest is in a small camp on the coastline.

The chest is located high on the shelf. You cannot climb up there, you have to use two ropes.

You must slide down the first rope and jump on the rope with flags in the right moment.

The chest is located in the room below the platform on which the Ymir's Altar (Asgard) is placed. You can get inside through a crack in the wall.

The room is filled with toxic gas. Throw in a torch to get rid of it for a while.

The chest stands on top of the scaffolding.

Go through the gap and move some racks that block access to the chest.

The front door to the house is barricaded from the inside so you have to go to the back of the house, break the window and get inside that way.

You can get to the chest from above by destroying the blocking boards.

The chest is in a hidden cave, the entrance to which is underwater in the north of the island. To get to the chest you will have to adjust the light beams.

The chest is locked. To get the key you have to kill the Murderer and loot his corpse.

You will get access to this chest during "The Big Finish" quest or later.

The chest is located on a platform on a tree. Climb onto the neighboring tree and walk over its branches and jump onto the platform on the other tree. Then walk across the line to the platform where the chest is located.

The chest is located in a flooded cave inside the mountain. You can get to the inside of the mountain through two entrances. One of them is located near the pond, which you visit during the "Taking Root" quest.

The chest is located in the flooded part of the cave and access to it is secured by a force field. To remove the force field you have to set sunstones to redirect the light beam to the control panel.

Then the force field will disappear and you will be able to dive and enter the cave and take the contents of the chest.

The chest is in a cave below Heimdall's Tower. There are two entrances to the cave. You'll need to use the oil jar, found near one of the entrances to destroy the blocked passage at the bottom.

The chest is located in a small rock niche which you can easily get to by simply climbing.

The chest is inside the tomb. You can destroy the barricade by shooting the oil jars through the grate in the ground at the top of the tomb.

On your way to Well of Urdr during the "Well-Traveled" quest, dive into the first small cave lake and swim under water to a small side cave.

You can collect it while leaving Well of Urdr during the "Well-Traveled" quest.

The chest is located on top of the tower.

It spawns after completing the "Noble Harts" world event.

To get to this chest you must first get to the chest located in the same basement a little further south. Then you will be able to take the oil jar standing next to that chest, and use it to blow up the wall blocking the passage.

Destroy the ice barrier and enter the cellar.

Go through the gap in the wall on the right.

Shoot a jar of oil through the grating and destroy the barrier in this way.

Return to the main corridor and walk through the hole near the floor.

To get to the chest you have to destroy the blocked entrance. To blow it up you can use an oil jar that you will find nearby. You can carry the jar near the blockade by walking over ropes and jumping over rocks.

Hidden entrance to the room with the chest is underwater, directly below the Bifrost. Look for a floating jug and dive there.

To get to the chest you have to blow up the entrance to the room where it is located. You will find a jar of oil in a boat located near the footbridge on the pond.

To be able to enter the cave you need to deal with Fenrir - "Binding Fate" quest. So you have to complete the Jotunheim story.

Move the boulder blocking the passage...

...then go through the tunnel on the right. Watch out for poison gas inside.

The chest is located in the Ivaldi's Forge, on a shelf located high above the ground. Climb onto the wooden platform, lower the ladder, and climb up to the shelf where the chest is located.
