World Events

World Events are some kind of side quests that can be found in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. They are usually short, do not have log entries, and you will receive experience points for their completion. World events count as MYSTERIES.

Food of the Gods Approach and talk to the man and then follow him. He will take you to the boar, which will start running away. Chase the boar and kill it to finish this event.

Hel's Well Talk to the man over the well. Choose the second option - "There is nothing for you in Helheim." to end this event without a fight. Otherwise, you will have to fight the man.

Milk of Humankind Find the cow trapped in the ruins and then destroy the wooden barriers and move the boulder so the cow can go outside.

Njord's Lament To complete this event you will need a boat. You can find one for example near Heimdall's Tower. Sail to the island and talk to the man. Then go back to the boat and the man will get on it. Take him to the main island and get ashore.

Noble Harts When you get here, you will see a stag. Follow it, more stags will join you along the way, and eventually they will take you to the chest where you will find Ymir's Tear Stone #27 chest. Open it to finish this event.

Valhalla Bound Just talk to the man. That's all you have to do.

Flyting

Win flyting duels to increase your charisma. Flyting is a contest consisting of the exchange of three insults between you and your opponent, often conducted in verse. Flyting duels count as MYSTERIES.

Thor / Asgard No wager is placed here. A. O beware what you ask for, I'll finish the fight. B. I'm as wise as an owl, you're a fool of a god. C. Well, your victory's not what my visions portend.

Offering Altars

Offering Altars require you to place a tribute on the altar. When you place the required items on the altar, it will be counted as completed and give you a skill point(s). Offering Altars count as MYSTERIES.

Ymir's Altar (Asgard) 30 x Ymir's Tear Stone. +5 Skill Points.

Cairns

The Cairns are challenges in which we have to stack rocks one on top of the other so that we can create a balanced pile of a certain height. The Cairns count as MYSTERIES.

Highpoints

Highpoints can be synchronized by climbing them and pressing the interaction button. They can then be used as the FAST TRAVEL points.

Ymir's Tear Stones

Once you've acquired all Ymir's Tear Stones, you'll be able to use them to make an offering at Ymir's Altar (Asgard). Ymir's Tear Stones count as WEALTH.

Ymir's Tear Stone #1 The chest is in a small camp on the coastline.

Ymir's Tear Stone #10 The chest is located high on the shelf. You cannot climb up there, you have to use two ropes.

Ymir's Tear Stone #11 The chest is located in the room below the platform on which the Ymir's Altar (Asgard) is placed. You can get inside through a crack in the wall.

Ymir's Tear Stone #12 Go through the gap and move some racks that block access to the chest.

Ymir's Tear Stone #13 The front door to the house is barricaded from the inside so you have to go to the back of the house, break the window and get inside that way.

Ymir's Tear Stone #14 You can get to the chest from above by destroying the blocking boards.

Ymir's Tear Stone #15 The chest is in a hidden cave, the entrance to which is underwater in the north of the island. To get to the chest you will have to adjust the light beams.

Ymir's Tear Stone #16 The chest is locked. To get the key you have to kill the Murderer and loot his corpse.

Ymir's Tear Stone #17 You will get access to this chest during "The Big Finish" quest or later.

Ymir's Tear Stone #18 The chest is located on a platform on a tree. Climb onto the neighboring tree and walk over its branches and jump onto the platform on the other tree. Then walk across the line to the platform where the chest is located.

Ymir's Tear Stone #19 The chest is located in a flooded cave inside the mountain. You can get to the inside of the mountain through two entrances. One of them is located near the pond, which you visit during the "Taking Root" quest.

Ymir's Tear Stone #2 The chest is in a cave below Heimdall's Tower. There are two entrances to the cave. You'll need to use the oil jar, found near one of the entrances to destroy the blocked passage at the bottom.

Ymir's Tear Stone #20 The chest is located in a small rock niche which you can easily get to by simply climbing.

Ymir's Tear Stone #21 The chest is inside the tomb. You can destroy the barricade by shooting the oil jars through the grate in the ground at the top of the tomb.

Ymir's Tear Stone #22 On your way to Well of Urdr during the "Well-Traveled" quest, dive into the first small cave lake and swim under water to a small side cave.

Ymir's Tear Stone #23 You can collect it while leaving Well of Urdr during the "Well-Traveled" quest.

Ymir's Tear Stone #24

Ymir's Tear Stone #25 You can collect it on your way to Well of Urdr during the "Well-Traveled" quest.

Ymir's Tear Stone #26 The chest is located on top of the tower.

Ymir's Tear Stone #27 It spawns after completing the "Noble Harts" world event.

Ymir's Tear Stone #28 To get to this chest you must first get to the chest located in the same basement a little further south. Then you will be able to take the oil jar standing next to that chest, and use it to blow up the wall blocking the passage.

Ymir's Tear Stone #29 Destroy the ice barrier and enter the cellar.

Ymir's Tear Stone #3 To get to the chest you have to destroy the blocked entrance. To blow it up you can use an oil jar that you will find nearby. You can carry the jar near the blockade by walking over ropes and jumping over rocks.

Ymir's Tear Stone #30

Ymir's Tear Stone #4 Hidden entrance to the room with the chest is underwater, directly below the Bifrost. Look for a floating jug and dive there.

Ymir's Tear Stone #5 To get to the chest you have to blow up the entrance to the room where it is located. You will find a jar of oil in a boat located near the footbridge on the pond.

Ymir's Tear Stone #6 To be able to enter the cave you need to deal with Fenrir - "Binding Fate" quest. So you have to complete the Jotunheim story.

Ymir's Tear Stone #7 The chest is located in the Ivaldi's Forge, on a shelf located high above the ground. Climb onto the wooden platform, lower the ladder, and climb up to the shelf where the chest is located.

Ymir's Tear Stone #8 The chest is located in a cottage built on a slope of a mountain.

Ymir's Tear Stone #9 The chest is in a hidden chamber in Ivaldi's Forge. You can enter this chamber through a crevice behind the large statue.
