The map is located in a small chapel to open which you will need a key
You will find the key in the church. To get close to it you have to lower the ladder.
Take the key...
...and return to the chapel and collect the map.

Essexe Hoard Map▶ show the map ◀
The map is located on top of Sancta Helena's Church tower. To get to this tower you must enter through the door on the ground level of the church. To open this door you will need a key.
You will find the key in another part of the church. To get there you must move the rack and then break the window.
Go inside through the broken window and take the key that lies on the chair.
Note: If you have trouble getting through the window try to crouch down, it helped in my case.
Once you have the key go back to the tower, move another rack to climb up the ladder,...
...shoot the lock to lower the next ladder and climb up.
You will find yourself in a room where you will find the map.
Clue:
To the south of Essexe, your eyes must train themselves away from the tower built by Roman giants, through the green fur of nature, a sacred marking made by three skins of trees in a circle of plants.

It's a Seer Scheme (Hull). To get to this item, you need to remove the small rock that is blocking the large rock from being moved and then move the large rock towards you.

Pagan devils have struck the heart of Grantebridgescire. Luckily, your brother saw them on the Great Ouse before their horde besieged the city walls of Grantebridge.

The map is located in the basement of Fearnhamme Ruins. To get there you must drop the candlestick, which will destroy the stones blocking the access.
Clue:
In the south and western corner of Hamtunscire, lost in Wishtman's Wood, I ran from the devil with my riches. Fatigued like a hunting hound, the darkness of the trees sending shivers in my spine, an endless fog clouding my vision, a tree of holy red, placed by the Holy Spirit and marked with the Blood of Christ: here. I paid my divine commissions, I gave my wealth to the ancient reliquary, and the Lord pardoned my fees.

The map is located in a secret room behind the altar. The entrance to it is hidden behind a rack in the room on the left.
Clue:
From the top of Forseti's Rest, you will see a lady standing at the southern boundary of Jorvik, looking at the river day and night. The treasure is protected by her trained eye. She is a blessed one, eternally loyal to the relics of lost saints.

The map is lying on a table inside a small shack that is locked. You will find the key at the bottom of a nearby pond.

To the east of Lincolnscire, in Skegi's Beard, there lies a stretch of coast detached by the angry sea. From my guard tower wherein lies my dearest of properties, I watch over this land, guarding against the invasion of the barbarians who never cease. This hoard possesses the last relics of the Kingdom of Lindsey, and I forever shall defend it.

The item is located at the very top of a ruined tower. It's a Speki Symbol Scheme (Front).

The map is located in an underground cave. The entrance to it is located south of the marker in the Eatun Barn camp. To enter the cave you have to blow up the entrance with an oil jar. You will find a lot of them in the camp.
In the largest cave, move the boulder blocking the entrance to the smaller cavern...
...and take the map lying on the altar.
Clue:
In the southern heaths of Oxenefordscire, there is a vast pasture. The livestock act as my protector. They hum and haw away the evil demons. Find the peculiar tree casting its shadow on a small ruin. You can find me where the waters used to run. The lost shimmer of its wavelets still shines within me.

The map is located in a hidden underground library. The entrance to this room is inside the nearby tower with a highpoint on top of it. You must shoot the pulley on which the net with stones is attached.

My iridescence has moved from the diocese. To the south of Snotinghamscire you can find me. Simply venture into the eye of the forest, Minninglow. Look past the forgotten stone portals and past the top of the hill. You will find me ambushed by a family of trees. There my luster lingers.

It's a Skull Post Scheme. Jump into the water and dive. The object lies on the bottom.

The map is on a shelf inside the hut. To get inside, you must destroy the barrier blocking the small entrance at the back of the hut and then throw one or two torches inside to burn off the toxic gas inside.

The map is located in one of the rooms on the upper level of the residence. Of course you can get there through the front door but it is guarded. If you want to get inside unnoticed, use the window in the side wall.
Then climb up to the upper floor.
Destroy the boards blocking the passage...
...and take the map.
