Strangers are special NPC in Red Dead Redemption 2 and there are 26 of them. Each stranger is a source of an additional side mission. More strangers become available gradually throughout the story. You can still do their missions after the story.

Unnamed WomanShe collects donations for an expansion of the Quincy Harris Memorial Hall in the city. The donation costs $20 and will give you a small positive honor boost.
She will not be available during the epilogue, so make sure to talk to her before the end of chapter six.
