In order to receive this mission you must first complete the The Course of True Love III mission and then talk to the Alphonse Renaud who you will find sitting in Rhodes. Arthur decides to recover the wagon that was stolen from him.
Alphonse Renaud, a traveling doctor, needs help recovering his medical wagon from a group of thugs.

One of the men listening to your conversation will tell you where you should go - Macomb's End.
When you get there, you'll be greeted by hostile men. Talking to them won't do you any good except for a few insults.
The wagon is near the pier. You can try to sneak to it from behind.
But the easiest way is to kill all your opponents. In total, there are six of them in the camp.
Get on the wagon and go back.
Along the way you will meet two more bandits on horses who will attack you.
When you reach the town and return the wagon to the doctor, as a token of gratitude you will receive the Special Health Cure Pamphlet from him. Use it to learn a new recipe.
