Quest Group: Chapter 4 - Saint Denis
Category: Story Mission
Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor.
In order to start this mission you have to return to your camp in Shady Belle and talk to Hosea after completing Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor mission.
The evening will come and then you, Dutch, Hosea and Bill, all dressed in elegant clothes, will go to the party at the mayor's, to which Bronte invited you.
The gang attend a party hosted by the Mayor of Saint Denis. While at the party, they meet with Bronte, and look for job opportunities.
Follow the guy who will lead you to the top floor, where you will be able to meet and talk to Bronte.
Bronte will tell you a little bit about some of the party guests, give you some other information and after some time you will say goodbye and leave.
Return to the lower floor and walk to the garden terrace. Dutch will assign you the tasks and you will split up to do them.
To get the gold medal in this mission, do not approach the mayor, who is standing by the fountain, until you do the following:
1. Pour some drinks - Approach the three women standing next to the table with the champagne bottles and fill their glasses.
2. Compliment a guest's attire - Go up to the woman with the original headgear standing in front of the musicians and compliment her appearance.
3. Accept a gift - Talk to two men talking about the theatre. One of them will give you a theatre ticket.
Bug: It may happen that the button to accept the ticket appears only for a fraction of a second and then disappears, which makes it impossible to get it.
4. Save a life - Find a man standing at a buffet who is choking. Help him and that's how you'll save his life.
Then come up to the mayor, who is bothered by a drunken guy.
Drag a drunken guest to a location marked on the map.
When you get back to the mayor, he'll thank you for what you've done for him and he' ll continue to chat with you until the fireworks show begins.
During the fireworks show, a servant will approach the mayor and inform him that Leviticus Cornwall has called and requested that he sign some documents.
Follow the servant after Dutch tells you to do so. Stay far enough away so he doesn't notice you're tailing him.
When you get to the garden stairs, wait until the servant finishes talking to the guard and enters the house, and the guard goes south.
Wait by the door until the servant has finished talking to the next guard.
Again, wait until the servant moves on after he has finished talking to another servant.
Do not follow the servant directly but use the second passage leading to the adjacent room.
Wait again, this time until the servant has finished talking to the maid, and will go up the stairs.
At the top of the stairs, hide around the corner and wait until the servant enters the room and puts something in the desk drawer.
After a while, when the servant walks into the next room, you will be able to approach the desk unnoticed.
Come up to the desk and take out the letter that the servant put in there.
Go back downstairs. Dutch will be waiting for you on the garden terrace.
After a while, Bill and Hosea will join you and you will decide to leave the party.
You will all go to the exit together, pick up the weapons you had to leave in the deposit at the entrance and return to your camp in a carriage.
The mission will end and you will wake up in your bed in the morning and talk to Dutch about what you have learned and how to use this information.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the missions A Fine Night of Debauchery, American Fathers, Horsemen, Apocalypses.
