Starting with Chapter 3, Arthur can find a broken circus caravan and a man named Margaret sitting on it. When you speak with him, the man asks you to find exotic animals that have escaped.
Margaret, an animal wrangler and showman, has lost all of his exotic animals after a wagon crash in Scarlett Meadows, and needs help recapturing them.

The first animal you need to find is a zebra.
Margaret's 'zebra' is found on the plains.
In fact, it is just a painted mule pretending to be a zebra.
You can slowly approach the animal and try to calm it down. A calm zebra will follow you.
You can also draw out a lasso and catch the zebra with it.
Go back to Margaret with the animal.
The second animal you'll have to look for is a tiger. To do this, go to the location on the map and talk to Margaret's assistant, a girl named Sally.
Margaret said that he sent a handler down this direction to search for the tiger.
Sally, the animal handler traveling with Margaret, needs help finding the pair's missing tiger. Their first trained lion, actually a pet dog, helps in an unexpected way.
Activate Eagle Eye and find a trail starting close by. Follow the trail until you reach the corpse of the dog, the first "lion" mentioned by Sally.
Bring the corpse of the dog into the wagon. Meanwhile, Sally will hide behind a nearby fallen tree trunk.
Hide and wait beside Sally until the tiger comes and jumps into the cage. This time it will be a cougar painted to look like a tiger.
When the "tiger" is busy feeding, you approach the cage and close it.
Get on the wagon and head back to Margaret.
The last animal you need to find is a lion. Go to Emerald Ranch.
You'll find a few farmers there who claim to have locked a lion in the barn. Arthur thinks it is another dog pretending to be a lion and decides to enter the barn.
Margaret's second Lion is eventually found on Emerald Ranch.
When you walk to the other side of the wagon in the barn, you should hear the noise coming from outside the barn.
Go back outside the barn and you'll see what damage the lion has done.
Activate Eagle Eye and find a trail that will lead you to nearby buildings.
If you try to walk inside, a lion will come out. This time it is not a dog pretending to be a lion, but a real lion.
Dead Eye will activate automatically. Kill the lion before it reaches you. You will need to shoot the lion several times to do this.
Once you've killed the lion, you can walk up to its corpse and cut off the trophy - Lion's Paw. It can be turned into a trinket.
Go back to Margaret and tell him what happened.
As a payment you will receive a large Emerald from him and the mission will end.
Having recaptured the majority of their animals, Margaret and Sally take their show on the road.
