Once you have found all Dreamcatchers, Arthur will connect their locations and create a drawing of a bull / bison. Note that there is an additional location on marked on his drawing - the bull's eye - near the Elysian Pool.
To learn the ancient secret within the Dreamcatchers you should go to the Elysian Pool. In the cave hidden behind the waterfall there is a painting of the bull you can examine and take the Ancient Arrowhead out of its eye.
