Quest Group: Ravensthorpe
Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest Settling Down.
You will receive this quest after finishing the conversation with Sigurd at the end of the quest "Settling Down". Your task will be to expand your settlement over time.
The settlement is your home. Build it, grow it, and reap the rewards.
To reach the second level you have to build two buildings.
After reaching the second level you will get new opportunities. You will be able to build: Shipyard, Tattoo Shop, Museum, Fishing Hut, Hunter's Hut, Brewery, and Bakery.
After reaching the third level you will get new opportunities. You will be able to build: Cattle Farm, Grain Farm, Cartographer, Alvis and Holger's House, and Fowl Farm. You will also receive a new quest - A Wise Friend and Seer's Hut.
After reaching the fourth level you will get new opportunities. You will be able to build: Kari's House, Cattle Farm (Expansion), Grain Farm (Expansion), Fowl Farm (Expansion), and Mayda's House.

I am almost certain that this will be one of the last, if not the last, quest you will complete, because in order for your settlement to reach level 6, you must complete all alliance quests in England, raid all monasteries for raw materials, and gather enough supplies to build and upgrade all the buildings in your settlement. As you explore the world, you should take every opportunity to collect the contents of chests containing supplies. They look like the one in the image below.
When you do this, your settlement will achieve the status of Town and this quest will end.
It is official. Ravensthorpe is now a Town, one large enough to sing about!

It can be built after completing all quests in Lincolnscire, and Hunwald has taken up residence in your settlement. Building Cost: 400 Supplies, 30 Raw Materials.

To start the feast, you must visit your English settlement, Ravensthorpe, and find the large bell on the left side of the longhouse entrance. Interact with this bell and then you should see the "Start Feast" screen. It will cost you a bit to start the feast, about 50 - 65 silver.
As the settlement expands, so do its feasts. Start a feast by ringing the longhouse bell to gain a timed buff.
Which bonuses you get depends on which buildings you have built in your settlement. So at first the list will be very small, but it will grow as time goes by. In the end it might look like the picture below.
