To get this quest, you need to build Bakery in your settlement. This will be possible once your settlement reaches level 2. To build this building you need 600 Supplies and 45 Raw Materials.
Tarben, the Ravensthorpe's baker, asks for a hand with some simple errands.

Talk to Tarben. He'll ask you to retrieve some grain from a merchant down the river.
Go to the dock, get on the boat moored there and together with Tarben sail down the river to Wayfarer's Wharf.
When you arrive you will get off the boat and from one of the merchants Tarben will purchase the grain he came here to buy. The merchant will be a little surprised when he sees Tarben, as if he knows him.
Return to the boat and head back to your settlement. On the way back, Eivor will ask Tarben about the merchant's strange behavior. Tarben will say that he probably mistook him for someone else.
When you reach your settlement, Tarben will thank you for your help and this quest will end.
After completing this quest, you will be able to play the quest Man of Mystery.
