Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest The Huntress.
This quest will appear in your journal when you pass by the hunter's hut in your settlement some time after completing "The Huntress" quest. Petra will try to get your attention.
Petra's brother Wallace has gone missing on his travels through the woods. Help her track him down and ensure his safe return.
Petra will inform you that her brother Wallace is missing and she will ask you to help her look for him.
Head to Temple of Pluto. Find and examine Wallace's tools.
Go down to the undergroun...
...and kill the boar you encounter there. The strange smell that floats in the room will cause you to hallucinate during this quest.
Examine three clues. Once you do so, Petra, who in the meantime went outside will yell that she saw something.
Follow Petra west until you reach a hut and go inside. Petra will not be there, only a group of dancing people.
Petra will appear on the other side of the road so go outside.
When you step outside the weather will change, it will get darker. Move towards the marker and look for a white elk standing in a small pond in the woods nearby.
Walk up to the moose and you will start talking to it. He will tell you that he knows where Petra is and tells you to follow him.
Follow him until he stops. After a while the screen will turn black, the moose will disappear and you will be ambushed by Jotnar warriors.
Eliminate the enemies until Petra appears. Don't worry, you can't die here. After a while, the opponents should vanish.
Follow Petra. Petra will summon a cloud of smoke twice and teleport forward.
Eventually she will stop and when you reach her she will teach you how to do it.
Just run straight ahead in any direction. After a moment, you will teleport yourself high up in the air. Fortunately, falling from a great height won't cause any damage though.
Continue following Petra until you reach the spot where you were attacked by wolves during the quest "The Huntress". The weather will change and the wolves will appear again.
Protect Petra from wolves as she asks rabbits for Wallace's whereabouts.
When the elk appears again, follow it until you reach the cliff near your village.
When you get there, the elk will disappear again but after a moment Wallace will join you, safe and sound. He will explain to you what really happened. The hallucination was caused by the mushrooms he cooked in the camp.
This will end this quest.
