Quest stages of Reporting on Essexe
1. Report to Randvi
Talk to Randvi and give her a report on what happened in Essexe.
Rollo will join your group after talking with Randvi. Whether or not you correctly pointed out the traitor during the quest "Old Wounds" is irrelevant.
You should also check the letterbox in your room. You will find a letter from Birstan in it and the gift he sent you - a hunter bow called Arc of Elan.
