The map is located in a room which entrance is hidden behind a waterfall. To get inside you must destroy the stone wall. If you need a jar of oil then you will find one in the locked room where the nearby ingot is.

The map is located in a room located at the top of the tower. Destroy the lock and enter the church through the door on the first floor and then climb to the upper level of the tower. Watch out for rats.
