This quest will appear in your journal after you finish the fight with the Reed Devil, which takes place during the "Dance with the Devil" main quest.

Return to the camp by any means and simply enter the main tent - that's where you'll find your comrades, including Andrew.
Andrew's wounds fortunately proved to be non-fatal. While his comrades shared a collective sigh of relief, Yann also safely arrived at the camp. Having reunited after such a long separation, the group celebrated late into the night.
