1. Investigate the House of Healing

Head to the St. Halssius's House of Healing east of Hernand. The guards at the main entrance won't let you in without a pass, so you'll need to acquire one or find another way inside.

Near the bridge, on the far side, stands a group of strangers. If you talk to them, you’ll learn that someone is selling monk robes and that you can buy a pass at the Hernand church.

To the right of the main entrance, next to the wall, you can find a guard who will sell you the Halssius outfit for 10 silver - St. Halssius Priest's Hat + St. Halssius Priest Attire + St. Halssius Priest's Cloak + St. Halssius Priest's Leather Footwear. With it equipped, the guards patrolling the area won't recognize you.

You can buy St. Halssius Visitor Pass from Confessional in Church of Hernand. It also costs 10 silver.

You can try to sneak in unnoticed. It'll save you some cash, but it's definitely the most difficult path. Civilians are allowed to see you, just guards can't spot you. If you are caught while sneaking, you will be expelled from the area immediately.

To make the task as easy as possible, approach the complex from the southeast and climb onto the roof of the main building.

Cross the roof, drop down to the level below, and enter through the window to reach the second floor of the building.

Regardless of how you get inside the second floor of the main building, there you should see a few inmates fighting a guard. Approach them and during a short cutscene, you'll meet Yann, who will tell you to follow him.

Exit through the wooden door on the left that Yann opens, then follow him across the roof and over the fence to the Overseer's office. In another short cutscene, Yann will dispense justice and reclaim his gear.

Continue following him until you reach a horse-drawn carriage. Yann will take the reins while you hop into the passenger seat.

Ride with him until you reach a fishing hut, where you will part ways and the quest will conclude.
