Securing more space is a top priority to accommodate the growing number of comrades. To house more personnel and expand our forces, the camp must undergo a major expansion.

Quest stages of Bustling Hill
1. Dispatch a comrade to the "Howling Hill Camp Expansion" mission
Open the Map in "All" or "Factions" mode, hover over Howling Hill, and then press the "Details" button.
On the details screen that appears, switch to the "Missions" tab. You should see one mission, "Howling Hill Camp Expansion" - select it.
Select both comrades, Luke and Ronald, and press "Dispatch" to start the mission.
2. Complete the "Howling Hill Camp Expansion" mission
Completing a mission takes time - for this specific one, it is 18h of ingame time. You are free to continue your own adventure while your comrades or workers are away, or you can pass the time by resting at a bed or bonfire.
If you are tracking this quest, you should see the mission's completion percentage on your screen. You can also find the progress bar in the stronghold details - in this case, it will be for Howling Hill.
Once you reach 100%, you will receive a popup notification that explains Camp Expansions.
The expansion was completed successfully, and the camp should be big enough to accommodate the growing numbers. However, as more comrades gather, continuous expansion will be necessary to make bigger leaps going forward.
