War Efforts Assassin's Creed Valhalla Quest

This quest will begin after you complete the quest "A Show of Character", which is after you recover the stolen book and return it to Flann. The king will then assign you another task.
With Ciara's help, Eivor seeks to gain the support of the surrounding kingdoms in order to strengthen Flann's army.

Quest stages of War Efforts
1. Speak to Ciara
Talk to Ciara and she will tell you how you can get support from the Meath's kings - You need to do Royal Demands.
2. Gain support from Meath's kings
You can raise influence in Meath by carrying out royal demands to help its kings. You should check Durrow's pigeon coop for royal demands.
Royal Demands are simple quests, very similar to Reda's contracts. It can be a quest to assassinate one or kill more targets or to recover the valuables. Each royal demand can contain one or two randomized and optional bonus objectives called the Kings' Pleas such as: do not take damage, no unessential kills, or remain undetected. If you complete them then you will earn double rewards per objective.
Once you've completed three Royal Demands for kings of Meath, you'll complete this quest and receive the next one - "Gathering Strength".
After completing War Efforts you will get or will be able to get Gathering Strength.
