This quest begins the following day after the feast at which you decided to help Toka and travel with her to Francia, that is, after completing quest "Strangers Bearing Gifts".
Eivor travels across the channel to Francia.

Quest stages of To Francia
1. Speak to Pierre to travel to Francia
When you are ready to leave for France then talk to Pierre and inform him about it. You will meet him at the guest house.
You will automatically be transported to one of the rivers in Francia which will end this short quest and you will receive another one - "Warlord of Melun".
After completing To Francia you will get or will be able to get Warlord of Melun.
