A work crew from Prodromos has a dangerous plan to try and control the Remnant. They should be stopped before someone is injured. Search Prodromos for clues to where the work crew has gone.
To start this mission you need to access the Terminal located inside one of the buildings at Prodromos. In order for this mission to be available, you must complete the objective "Establish an outpost at an appropriate site" of the mission A Better Beginning.

This is the only way I can get the word out before someone gets killed. My work crew, they keep talking about that Remnant tech. They think the Initiative's lying about how dangerous it is - that a couple of electrodes in the right place could get the Remnant to work for them instead.
They tried before, and I helped out in medbay when those Remnant Observers carved up Bharti. But Jennings says we could live like kings if we had an army of Remnant bots working and fighting for us. He's taking the whole work crew to help him this time.
I have to go with them. Maybe I can talk Jennings out of it. But if I can't - someone should know why we didn't come back.

Mission objectives of Shock Treatment
1. Find the work rosters
Find the datapad in one of the buildings in Prodromos.
2. Investigate medbay
Scan the medical equipment.
3. Investigate the monolith site
A work crew from Prodromos has a dangerous plan to try and control the Remnant. Catch up to the work crew at a Remnant monolith.
Go to the monolith.
4. Scan the communications equipment
5. Get to the work crew (timer)
A work crew from Prodromos has a dangerous plan to try and control the Remnant. Get to the Four Giants before their plan backfires.
The clock is ticking, and destination point is quite far way so you have to hurry.
Hint: You can use Fast Travel to the Forward Station located approximately half way.
6. Defeat the Remnant
Kill the Remnant bots.
7. Speak to the survivors
Talk to the Initiative worker.
