How to change the weather and time of day in Mafia: Definitive Edition?
You can do this in Salieri's Bar, of course only in "Free Ride" mode. On the ground floor, inside the meeting room is where you can change the time of day. To do so, you simply interact with the painting on the wall depicting the time of day you'd like. There are four painings there.
In the office upstairs is where you can change the weather. You can choose sunny or rainy weather. Simply interact with the painting on the wall depicting the weather you'd like.
