Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission The Crazy Horse.
To start this side mission you must enter the "Free Ride" mode and read a Letter from a Friend lying on table at Salieri's Bar to unlock the phone booth.

I have been working on something rather special. My laboratory is located at the Fyer Dam power station. Further instructions will be provided upon arrival.

Go to the phone booth described in the note - Electric Trick Truck. The phone will be ringing and you will be able to interact with it.
I see that your curiosity got the better of you! I'd like you to put my prototype through its paces. If you make it around the course in time, you can keep the car.
Get in the car that will appear near the booth.
The timer will start counting down and you have to drive to the subsequent checkpoints that look like a big bubble. Each time you go through a checkpoint you will get a few extra seconds.
Some bubbles are above the ground and you have to jump off the ramps next to them to pass through them.
Most of the checkpoints will be along the roads but some of the bubbles will be in less typical places.
The route will be long but you should finally reach your destination.
The reward for completing the mission will be a new vehicle - Mutagen.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Curse of the Baskervilles.
