This mission begins when, during the reloading of goods in Salieri's warehouse, Paulie informs you about a deal he has made with a certain booze supplier from Kentucky. Don Salieri will like his idea and after a while you will set out to make a trade.
Paulie's set up a booze deal in a Downtown parking garage.

Get in the car and go to the multi-storey parking lot where the meeting with the new supplier is to take place.
Drive to the top floor and park on the designated area.
You will make a trade with Gates and his men, and when you intend to leave with the purchased goods, a car with a few Morello men will drive up to you and they will start shooting at you.
Kill all those attackers. There will be four of them.
When all the enemies are dead, approach Gates and talk to him. He has been shot but will survive.
Sam and Carlo will get in the truck and you and Paulie will have to escort them.
When you get to the lower level, you will be attacked by seven other Morello men. Kill them all and then the truck will move on.
On the next level of the garage more opponents will be waiting for you. During the shoot-out with them an explosion will occur, as a result of which there will be a fire that will make the passage impossible. Paulie will suggest that you find a way to turn on the sprinklers and extinguish the fire.
Open the door, walk down the stairs and through the corridor to the room where the valve is located. On your way you will come across another opponent.
When you reach the valve, turn it to activate the sprinklers.
Take the "Terror Tales" magazine lying on the desk - The Damned May Dance with Satan (#16) (SM).
Go out through the gate and join your mates.
When you reach a lower level you will have to get rid of another group of opponents.
When you do this, the truck will go down to the lowest level and stop at the exit gate.
Before you talk to Sam, enter the parking guard's room and take the "Dime Detective" magazine lying on the desk - Post Mortem at Pimlico (#4) (SM).
Then approach the car and talk to Sam. You and Paulie get in the other car and start escorting the truck.
You will set out on your way to the warehouse and soon you will be attacked by cars driven by Morello's guys. Do not let them destroy the truck.
When you get to the warehouse safely, you will make a toast and the mission will be finished.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Bon Appétit.
