Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission The Crazy Horse.
To start this side mission you must enter the "Free Ride" mode and read a Letter from a Friend on table at Salieri's Bar to unlock the phone booth.

l am embroiled in a commercial disagreement that requires your expert arbitration. Details will be provided in the usual manner, at the entrance to the Lost Heaven Harbor.

Go to the phone booth described in the note - Dock Block. The phone will be ringing and you will be able to interact with it.
My partners at the harbor took umbrage over some misplaced paperwork and are refusing access to some valuable cargo. Escort my shipment through the harbor and I will make it worth your while.
You now have a limited amount of time to run into the harbor (the gate will be open)...
...and climb the harbor crane there.
On top you will find a sniper rifle. The amount of ammunition will be unlimited but it will still need to be reloaded.
Your task is to eliminate the enemies who will try to kill you and destroy the truck as soon as possible. Of course it is best to try to aim at their heads. You can also shoot explosive barrels in the port area, preferably when there are multiple opponents nearby.
Watch out for enemy snipers and eliminate them first.
When you get rid of the opponents, the truck will drive forward to the loading area and you will have a limited amount of time to get off the crane and run after it.
Note: At the "medium" difficulty level, there is enough time. Perhaps at a higher level of difficulty it will be necessary to leave the crane a bit earlier.
Find yourself a good cover, and eliminate the hoods that will be coming from the same side you came from.
When you kill them all, the mission should be over and you will unlock a new weapon - Gold Revolver.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Curse of the Baskervilles.
