This mission begins when you start another regular day of work as a cab driver. An older woman gets into your cab and tells you to drive to St Michael's Church.

Take the people of Lost Heaven to their requested destinations.
Get behind the wheel. Drive carefully, watch the speedometer (you can activate the speed limiter) and follow the route marked on the minimap.
When the woman leaves your cab, search the streets of Lost Heaven and find another customer. They are marked on the minimap with white diamonds so you should not have a problem with finding one.
Take the new customer to the place he indicates to you. The route will be marked on the minimap, but an additional obstacle will be the time limit in which you have to fit in.
Find another customer. He will ask you to take him to Little Italy.
When you take him to the place, the man will offer you to visit a nearby coffee stand which is run by his cousin. When you say that Lucio sent you, you will get free coffee.
You will take the opportunity to take a break. When you drink coffee while sitting in your car, you will suddenly be attacked by two Morello's men, the same ones you helped Sam and Paulie escape from. They will start to beat you and smash your cab. You will take advantage of their lack of attention and start running away.
The guys who chased your cab have tracked you down. Run.
Run as fast as you can to the subsequent checkpoints. You will have to climb on crates, jump over fences, railings, etc. Your pursuers will try to shoot you.
After a while you will reach Salieri's Bar and you will be noticed by Sam and Paulie who are standing at it's entrance.
Sam and Paulie will make your pursuers to leave you alone and offer you to go inside with them and meet with Don Salieri. When you enter the restaurant, this mission will end and another one will begin.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Molotov Party.
