Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the missions Dock Block, Electric Trick Truck, Pennies from Hell, Professional Protection, Moderate Velocity, Explosive Situation, Betty, Alien Infiltration, Mister Fancy Bike, The Old Switcheroo.
This mission will be available when you complete all previous side missions available in "Free Ride" mode. To start this mission you must enter the "Free Ride" mode and read a Letter from a Friend lying on the desk in Don Salieri's office room at upper floor of Salieri's Bar to unlock the phone booth.

At last, the time has come for us to meet. You have proven yourself worthy of my special gift. You won't have to go far to take the call, just a couple blocks away in Little Italy.

Go to the phone booth described in the note - Curse of the Baskervilles. The phone will be ringing and you will be able to interact with it.
Congratulations my friend, the ritual is almost complete! Now you must kill me, to receive my final gift. Try to ignore the fact that I have a dog's head. That's just my look. It's not a curse or anything.
On the other side of the crossroads you will see Herbert who after a while will get in his car and start running away.
Quickly get in your vehicle and chase him. Don't let him get too far away, because then the mission will end in failure.
You should choose a fast vehicle for this mission, because outside of town Herbert will speed up a lot.
The chase will end on the shore of Lake Fyer at North County Marina. Herbert will run into the building located there.
Don't run after him because he won't be there alone. There is no time limit so find yourself some cover and eliminate the bandits who will run outside.
Then approach the entrance and eliminate the remaining enemies inside.
Herbert will be hiding behind crates at the end of the building. Shoot him when he leans out.
The reward for completing this mission will be a new costume - Herbert Baskerville outfit.
