Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission The Crazy Horse.
To start this side mission you must enter the "Free Ride" mode and read a Letter from a Friend you can find in the corridor on the upper floor of Salieri's Bar to unlock the phone booth.

Note: Before you go on this mission, equip yourself with some fast vehicle. This way you will get to the first car quickly.
Go to the phone booth described in the note - Explosive Situation. The phone will be ringing and you will be able to interact with it.
I planted some bombs on a few cars this morning. Turns out it was all just a silly misunderstanding. Could you dump those cars in the water before they explode please?
There will be three places marked on the map where you will find the cars you have to dump in the water.
If you have a fast vehicle it is best to start with the one located most east, in Oakwood. Get in your car and get there quickly.
The other two vehicles are in Downtown. One more to the north...
...and the other one in the south of the district.
One of the places where you can jump into the water is a ramp near the Lucas Bertone's Autoservice. Another ramp is located in an alley north of a place called "The Waterfront".
The ramp next to the Lucas Bertone's Autoservice is "easier" but is a little further away.
The ramp located in the alley is closer, but in order to use it the car should gain some speed or else it will not reach the water.
However, if you land on the riverbank, you can drive to the nearby pier and then into the water there.
After jumping into the water your character will appear on the riverbank after a moment and you will be able to continue. Then you have to go back to the street, steal a vehicle and drive for another car to dump.
Note: If you drive fast enough and are sure that the car will fall into the river, you can jump out of the car (press and hold "exit car" button) just before the jump of the ramp and thus save some precious seconds.
When you finish this task you will unlock the Boxer costume.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Curse of the Baskervilles.
