This Threefold World

Talk to one of the monks in the temple and he will tell you that Norio took his brother's ashes to the cemetery.
A monk of Cedar Temple told me that Norio took his brother's ashes to a nearby cemetery. When I find him, I will let him know how much the temple still needs his leadership.
Go to the cemetery in Sago and talk to Norio. He will tell you that he managed to locate Kharchu and now he wants revenge. He will accept your offer to help him.
Get on your horse and ride with Norio to his campsite near the fort where Kharchu is staying.
There you will talk for a while, Norio will show you the inscription on his brother's naginata and then you both will go to sleep.
When you wake up in the middle of the night, you will notice that Norio has left the camp.
Get on your horse and ride down to the fort which will be burning. From the running away monks you will find out that Norio caused this.
Go to the main square of the fort, and there you will find Norio, and you will witness how he kills Kharchu in a cruel way.
When all is over, Norio, after what he has done, will want to abandon his old life, but you will convince him not to give up and that will end this tale.
