Quest Group: Tales of Tsushima
Tale: Norio Tale
Location: Kamiagata
Prerequisites: To play this tale, you must first complete the tale The End of Suffering.
This is the first tale with Norio that you will be able to do when you get to Kamiagata. To start it, find a monk, some peasants and a few Mongols near the bridge over the river in the central part of the region.
(8 of 9) Norio has returned to Kamiagata to save his home temple from the Mongols. l should join him there.
Start by getting rid of all Mongols and then talk to the monk. He will tell you that he knows where Norio is and he will offer to take you to him.
The warrior monk Norio has gathered a group to wrest Cedar Temple from Mongol hands. I'm proud of his transformation into a determined leader. I'll help him restore Cedar Temple to its rightful caretakers.
Follow the monk to the farm near the river.
When you get there, enter the building and you will find Norio there.
Follow Norio to the river. There he will present to you his plan to reclaim the Cedar Temple from the hands of the Mongols.
Go with Norio and other monks to Cedar Temple. When you reach the temple, you will meet another group of monks waiting for you there. After a short conversation with them and establishing a plan of attack you will move towards the temple to attack the Mongols who are there.
You must find and kill all Mongols in the temple grounds. The area of the temple is quite large, and there will be quite a lot of enemies there, luckily, there are also quite a few monks who will attack them.
Watch out for the hwacha standing on the hill. Circles indicating where the shooting will take place are barely visible on the snow (at least during the day). You can take it over and use it for your own purposes.
When you get rid of all the Mongols, talk to Norio. He will ask you to go with him to the main temple building to see if it was heavily devastated.
Follow Norio to the main temple building. You will meet a monk at the entrance to the temple. When you talk to him, he will try to discourage you from going inside.
When you go inside, you will find out why the monk tried to discourage you from entering the temple. You will meet Norio's older brother there, who is still alive but has been terribly crippled by the Mongols. Enjo will tell you what really happened, and that the only thing that kept him alive was that he wanted to see his little brother for the last time. Enjo will want Norio to reduce his suffering and then Norio will ask you to leave them alone.
When Norio joins you outside the temple, he will tell you his brother's tormentor's name and ask for help in dealing with him. This will end this tale.
After completing this tale, you will be able to play the tale This Threefold World.
