Archery Challenges, Ghost of Tsushima Points of interest

In Ghost of Tsushima, Archery Challenges are time-trial minigames found throughout Iki Island that test your speed and precision with a bow. When you encounter one of these challenges, you must interact with a bow rack to begin a trial where the goal is to shoot a series of target lanterns as quickly as possible.

The timer begins the moment your first arrow is released, and your performance is graded based on three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. While hitting the targets in under twenty-two seconds earns a Bronze medal, achieving a Gold medal requires extreme speed, typically requiring you to hit all targets in under seven seconds.

The primary reward for these challenges is the Charm of Concentration. Completing your first challenge (at any medal level) grants the charm, which increases the time you can spend in "Concentration" mode. Every subsequent challenge you complete (and every higher medal you earn) permanently upgrades this charm, making your slow-motion window longer and longer.

There are 8 challenges in total. While seven are marked on the map or found via the Guiding Wind, the final one is "hidden" at the Raider Memorial. You must speak to the NPC at the memorial while wearing Tadayori's Armor (earned from the Mythic Tale in the base game). Without the armor, the Raiders there will refuse to let you participate.

Earning at least a Bronze rank on all 8 challenges unlocks the "Pride of Ishikawa" Trophy.
