This quest begins once you free Hubert during the quest "Kidnapped Healer" and obtain some information from him.
Find Shakatu to confirm the details of the incidents in Hernand and settle the matter once and for all.

1. Go to Shakatu
The location you need to head to is east of your current position, along the road leading to the Goldleaf Guildhouse. You won't find Shakatu at the location, only his soldiers. After a brief, unfriendly conversation with them, a fight will break out.
Once you defeat them, Shakatu will appear, apologize for the situation, and begin to present his proposal.
2. Speak with Shakatu
Follow Shakatu to hear his offer. He wants you to get rid of Hornsplitter,...
...and in exchange, he will offer substantial help in rebuilding the Greymanes. Once you reach the edge of the cliff, this quest will end.
Shakatu named the current branchmaster as the mastermind behind the chaos and asked for aid in dethroning him. He spoke of a future partnership and revealed that the Marquis of Hernand likely intends to grant the Greymanes land as a reward for resolving this matter.
