1. Speak with the man who seems to have something to say
Speak with the nobleman standing nearby. He will turn out to be Barden Middler, the Marshal of Hernand. He will ask for your help in dealing with the bandits and, in return, promise to assist in rebuilding the Greymanes.
The reward you will receive for completing this short quest is the Hernand Refinement Token.
The man standing beside the mysterious woman introduced himself as the Marshal of Hernand. He spoke of the hardships caused by bandits and requested aid from the Greymanes. He offered full support in reestablishing the Greymanes in exchange for your cooperation.
