Complete all objectives in "Reunion" quest and finish the concluding dialogue with Bilwise to automatically start this mission.
There is a group talking about the Greymanes. Speak with them to see if they have information regarding your comrades' whereabouts.
Return to the city of Hernand by any means and head to the central plaza. You should notice a knight in full armor there, accompanied by a few of his companions. Approach them to initiate a conversation.
After a short conversation, a confrontation with Matthias will trigger. Matthias is a relatively simple opponent, and you shouldn't have any trouble defeating him.
He has two health bars; after depleting the first one, a Quick Time Event (QTE) will occur, during which you'll master a new skill - Pump Kick.
Once the fight concludes, this quest will end, and the next one - Awestruck - will automatically begin.
The group, eager to test their skills against a Greymane, eventually proposed a duel. Arrogant as they were, it didn't take long to put the knight Matthias in his place.
