On the top floor, pick up the golden helmet - Visione. This action will automatically equip the helm to your character.
2. Read the memory contained in the helm
Following on of the game updates, the reading should trigger automatically. However, if it fails to start, you should use the D-pad to select the helmet...
...and then choose the appropriate memory from the list.
