This is the first Officer Quest in Master Gunner / Deadman's questline. It unlocks after completing most quests in the "A World Without Gold" series. To start it, head to the beach at Great Inagua and speak with Deadman.
Edward and Deadman head to Petit Cavern to recover weapons and settle a score.
Sail to Petite Caverne, or simply use the fast travel option to get to this location if you can.
Drop anchor at the designated spot, go ashore, and wait in the marked area for Deadman.
Together, you will wait until dusk falls and the commander arrives and heads into the cave.
Head into the cave. Do not try to attack the first two soldiers. Wait until Deadman takes them out with two well-placed shots.
Move deeper into the cave by walking along the wooden platforms and jumping across the posts driven into the seabed until you reach the soldier guarding the prisoner. Sneak up on him, assassinate him, and then free the prisoner.
Cross to the other side.
Assassinate the soldier standing in your way...
...and a bit further ahead, take out another one. Be careful, as he might turn around.
The commander and two other soldiers are standing on the pier ahead of you.
Jump across the boats to get close to him, and as soon as he is in range, land a clean headshot with your pistol. You do not need to worry about the others - as soon as you take down the captain, a cutscene will trigger, completing the quest and starting the next one - All Love Must End.
