This is the last in a series of officer quests you perform for Lucy. It unlocks after completing the previous quest for Lucy - Plantain! To complete it, you will need to head to Havana.
Lucy has tracked down the Barrister.

Quest stages of Big Wig
1. Meet Lucy in Havana
Head to the northern part of the city and wait for Lucy by the fountain located there. Lucy will tell you about her grandfather's cabin, which is situated on the beach northwest of the city.
2. Reach the beach
Head to the location marked on the map.
When you arrive at the location, you will see the Barrister himself and three of his men there.
3. Kill the Barrister and his henchmen
Use your arsenal to kill them all.
4. Find the buried treasure by the beach
The location where the treasure is buried is on a small sandy patch among the bushes. Approach it and interact with it.
A cutscene will trigger. In it, Kenway digs up and opens the chest containing Lucy's mother's golden locket, along with a letter. This marks the end of this quest as well as Lucy's entire storyline.
