The easiest way to find out where the diagrams are is to buy the right map. In this case it will be the "Adalbert Kermith's second map" which you can buy from the Blackbough Blacksmith. Of course you can also look for the diagrams on your own.

During one of his numerous adventures, Geralt got his hands on a map covered with strange markings. He quickly deduced that they indicated the locations of hidden witcher caches and, intrigued by the chance of discovering long-lost crafting schematics, he set out to find them.

Adalbert Kermith's second map

There are more locations marked with the cat's head pictogram than we had suspected. Yet each remains identical to the one we found in the caverns under Temple Isle in Novigrad. I have marked their locations on this map.

Quest stages of Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 2

1. Find the gauntlets upgrade diagram using your Witcher Senses.

2. Find the trousers upgrade diagram using your Witcher Senses.

The chest is located in a secret compartment in the tunnels under the blacksmith's house.

The entrance to the tunnels is in the blacksmith's house.

Find and press a brick on one of the walls of the tunnel and then a secret compartment with a chest will open.

3. Find the steel sword upgrade diagram using your Witcher Senses.
