Upgrade Prosperity

You have to complete this mission in order to be able to continue in the main story of the game after completing the Joseph’s Secret mission.

1. TALK to Rush

Return to Prosperity and talk to Rush.

2. RESCUE all Specialists x/5

There are 5 specialists in Hope County. You had to recruit at least two of them to complete the Upgrade Prosperity mission, now you have to recruit the others.

1. Specialist: Bean - Mission: Losing Streak (Difficulty: I)
2. Specialist: Selene - Mission: Deep Dive (Difficulty: I)
3. Specialist: Grace Armstrong - Mission: Buzz Kill (Difficulty: I)
4. Specialist: Sharky Boshaw - Mission: Adventures in Babysitting (Difficulty: II)
5. Specialist: Nick Rye - Mission: The Great Escape (Difficulty: III)

3. UPGRADE Facilities x/12

As before, you need to collect enough ethanol to make twelve facilities improvements this time.

Ethanol Requirements:

1. Cartography - 75 / 125 / 250
2. Expeditions - 75 / 125 /250
3. Explosives Lab - 100 / 300 / 450
4. Garage - 100 / 300 / 450
5. Healing Garden - 75 / 125 / 250
6. Infirmary - 150 / 500 / 700
7. Training Camp - 100 / 300 / 450
8. Workbench - 150 / 500 / 700
