To start this mission you should find and talk to Bean. This is one of the five missions thanks to which you will acquire a specialist needed to upgrade Prosperity.

Go to Gambler's Run farm.
Approach the farm so close that you can see Richard and the bandits guarding him.
Go even closer. Eliminate the bandits, and don't let Richard die.
Richard will start running away. Run after him. When he reaches the river he will stop.
Go to Dick's Hole. Entrance is guarded by a few a bit stronger bandits.
When you take the documents from the safe, Bean will contact you on the radio and tell you where you should meet him. Go there and talk to him.
