To start this mission you should find and talk to Sharky Boshaw. This is one of the five missions thanks to which you will acquire a specialist needed to upgrade Prosperity.
Sharky's invaded a Highwaymen location. Help him defend it so his child can get a good night's sleep.

Find and activate five traps.
Pick up the glass and drink.
What was that? A weak head or a very strong beverage? ;-)
When you wake up go to the tower asap.
Using a mounted gun seems to be the best solution. The "life bar" of the pressure pipes will be visible on the screen all the time.
When you successfully repel the first attack, the bandits attack on the other side. Move there.
The last phase will be the most difficult, as bandits will attack from both sides. Observe the pipes' "health bars" and move as needed. You can still use mounted guns, but probably a few bandits, those who get into the base, will have to be killed with your own weapons.
When you successfully repel the bandits' attack, Sharky decides to move to Prosperity.
