To start this mission you should find and talk to Nick Rye. This is one of the five missions thanks to which you will acquire a specialist needed to upgrade Prosperity. To talk to Nick you will first have to kill a few strong opponents.
Nick was captured and detained by the Highwaymen to repair and build vehicles for the Twins. Now that he's free, his only wish is to get back home to his family.

Follow him until you reach the shed where he has hidden his vehicle.
Get into the vehicle.

It is not a plane and will not fly. It's just an amphibian, so it can move on water and on land. Follow the waypoints until you reach the shed where you can stop. You must not allow the vehicle to be destroyed. While on the river, avoid the floating red barrels which will explode on impact.
Thanks to you, Nick returned to his family.
