To start this mission you should find and talk to Selene. This is one of the five missions thanks to which you will acquire a specialist needed to upgrade Prosperity.
Retrieve the field kit for Selene.

No matter how hard you try, at the end you will end up in the water at the bottom of the hole, because the platform you would probably like to jump on will not bear your weight.
Enter the side tunnel and go to a room with two valves. From the note attached to the wall you can find out what you need to do to raise the water level.
Turn both yellow valves. When you do this, the water level will slowly rise.
Return to the exit as soon as possible and swim to the surface.
Enter the next tunnel. Kill some wild dogs along the way. Part of the way you will have to go underwater.
Reach the room with the next yellow valve. Open it and then shoot or hit the red part of the installation. You can use the baseall bat that you will find on the ground. This will open the passage to the next room.
There are five pipes with valves in the room. Each pipe is marked with a label indicating the direction of water flow inside it. You must open any valve that is on the pipes leading to the large yellow water tank and close any valve that is on the pipes leading from this tank.
The water level will rise and you will be able to swim over the junk blocking the passage in the next corridor. Part of the tunnels will not be completely flooded, there will be a lot of air you can use under the ceiling.
Swim down the passage until you reach a dead end. Climb on the barrels and shoot the red valve. The water pressure will blow up the cover which will destroy the door and open the way further.
Return to the main shaft and use the ladder.
Follow the hallway, etc. Watch out for snakes, crocodile, etc.
Finally you will reach the last valve that you will have to open.
As soon as possible, follow the same road you came here, return to the main shaft and swim to the surface.
Dive and take the field kit with you.
Return and talk to Selene.
