Once it is pulled, the pipe will change its position o you can reach the altar.

You will find it near the altar, when you pull it the pipe will return to its original position.

This is where you will arrive when you use the Portal to Ancient Ruins of Ruah.

In the Dragon's Pit dungeon, in the same cave as the Magma Wyrm (DP).
