Ashes of War
Ashes of War in Elden Ring are special items which allow you to change the skills and affinities of your equipment (Weapons & Shields). Not all weapon skills are compatible with every type of equipment and glintstone staffs, sacred seals, and unique weapons cannot be customized with Ashes of War.
Bell Bearings
Bell Bearings in Elden Ring are special key items that can be turned in to specific NPCs (Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold) to unlock new purchasable items.

Catacombs
Catacombs are one of the dungeon types available in Elden Ring. In each of the dungeons of this type, the main boss is located in a room behind a large and heavy door locked by some contraption.

Celestial Dew
Celestial Dew allows you to carry out an Absolution at the Church of Vows, reversing all antagonizations.
Churches
Churches are one of the location types available in Elden Ring. In a lot of churches you can find Sacred Tears, special items that will allow you to improve the potency of your sacred flasks (Crismon and Cerulean). The dragon altars / shrines, which you can find in the Church of Dragon Communion or Cathedral of Dragon Communion, will allow you to use the Dragon Hearts that you will get during your travels.

Containers required for crafting cracked pot / ritual pot / perfume items.
Cookbooks
Cookbooks in Elden Ring are items that provide knowledge on how to make certain items, such as ammunition or consumables.
Crystal Tears
Crystal Tears can be mixed at sites of grace to create various custom effects inside the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
Deathroots
You can collect a total of 9 Deathroots. The deathroots you acquired can be exchanged for various items at Gurranq Beast Clergyman's.
Dragon Hearts
Dragon Hearts can be traded at the Church of Dragon Communion or Cathedral of Dragon Communion for dragon-based incantations.
Evergaols
Evergaols are large stone circles indented into the ground, always surrounded by "stone ball enemies" that explode if you don't kill them fast enough. When you interact with a glowing spot in the center of the Evergaol, you will be brought to another dimension and after a while you'll be able to fight a boss trapped inside.

Golden Seeds
Golden Seeds are special items that allow you to increase the number of charges of your sacred flasks (Flasks of Crimson Tears / Flasks of Cerulean Tears). With a few exceptions, you'll find seeds near small golden erdtrees.
Grand Lifts
The Grand Lifts, and there are two of them in total, allow you to enter new lands as long as you have acquired the necessary items to operate them.
Heroes' Graves
Heroes' Graves are one type of dungeons that can be explored in Elden Ring. There are five available in total. As in the other dungeons, you will eventually find a boss room at the end of each hero's grave. Explore each of the graves thoroughly as they have many well hidden rooms where you can find more valuable items.
Incantations
Incantations are a type of magic in Elden Ring. Incantation spells are often dependent on the faith, and are cast using a sacred seal or similar catalyst.

Larval Tears
Larval Tears are special key items in Elden Ring. They are a material needed by Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon to grant rebirth meaning that Larval Tears are used to Respec your character.

Map Fragments
Map Fragments are needed to uncover new regions on your map of the open game world available in the Elden Ring.
Memory Stones
Memory Stones increase the number of your memory slots, allowing you to memorize more spells - sorceries and incantations.
Merchants
Merchants are various NPCs that you may meet during your journey through the game world of Elden Ring. You will be able to buy certain items from them and also sell them goods and resources that you no longer need. The currency you will use for trading are runes.

Paintings
Paintings are one of the secrets you will encounter in Elden Ring. Each painting that you find depicts some place located somewhere in the game world. When you manage to find the place depicted in the painting, you will meet a ghost there. When you get close to it, it will disappear, but it will leave behind an item as a reward for solving the puzzle.

All sorts of places that you will mostly end up in after using any of the portals or where there are passages to other regions, etc.

Prayerbooks contain new incantations. To be able to learn / buy these incantations you have to deliver the books to a learned cleric, for example to Brother Corhyn or Miriel, Pastor of Vows.

Remembrances
Remembrances in Elden Ring are the consumable items that grant various powers. Remembrance can either be traded for a substantial amount of runes or handed to Finger Reader Enia in Roundtable Hold to unlock its powers: weapons, sorceries, incantations, etc.

River Wells
River Wells are places where there are elevators that connect the outdoor world and the underground.
Ruins
Ruins are one of the types of locations that you can visit in Elden Ring. A common feature of these places is that they always have a cellar that we should get to. Be aware that sometimes the entrance to the cellar will be hidden, for example disguised with an illusion, or you will need a Stonesword Key to remove the seal that prevents access.
Sacred Tears
Sacred Tears are special items that will allow you to improve the potency of your sacred flasks. You can use them to increase the amount of HP/FP replenished by your flasks. You will come across them during your travels while visiting different Churches.

Sites of Grace
Sites of Grace are save / respawn points in Elden Ring. They also serve as fast travel points. In order to use a site of grace, you must first reach it and activate it.
Sorceries
Sorceries are a type of magic in Elden Ring. Sorcery spells are often dependent on the intelligence and they are cast using a staff or similar catalyst.
Spirit Ashes
Spirit Ashes in Elden Ring are spirit companions that can aid you in combat. You must be near a rebirth monument to summon spirits from ashes. When you are close to one of these monuments and able to summon a spirit, a monument icon will appear on the left side of your screen.
Spiritsprings
Jump while on horseback near a spiritspring to ride its current high into the air. You won't take damage from jumping into a spiritspring while on horseback, even from a great height.
Starlight Shards
Starlight Shards can be used to gradually recover FP but they can also be used to buy two spirit ashes: Jarwight Puppet and Finger Maiden Therolina Puppet from Preceptor Seluvis.
Stonesword Keys
The Stonesword Keys are special key items in Elden Ring. These keys can be used to break the imp statue seals in order to access the secret areas hidden behind them. These keys are single-use items.

Talismans in Elden Ring are accessories which can be equipped to acquire a variety of offensive, defense, or utility effects. You can increase the number of Talisman Equip Slots by obtaining Talisman Pouches.

Walking Mausoleums
Walking Mausoleums look like giant stone "turtles" moving on giant stone legs. In order for the mausoleum to become accessible, you must destroy enough white/gray skull-like deposits located on the legs or along the mausoleum's main platform. To get to the latter, you must find a way to jump onto the mausoleum.

In Elden Ring you can find many different types of weapons with which you will be able to eliminate enemies that stand in your way. There will be some particularly powerful legendary weapons among them.
Whetstone Knives
Whetstone Knife and Whetblades in Elden Ring are unique items that unlock the option of adding Ashes of War as well as different affinities to weapons and shields. There is one 'basic' whetstone knife and five whetblades available in the game. They can be used to change a weapon's affinity when adjusting their Ash of War at a Site of Grace.
