1. Heard About Appriser
Talk to Trader Adam. You will find him near Kemm's Mansion.
We encountered some antique traders who are awaiting a notable appraiser, Cat, to emerge from Lord Kemm's home.
2. Met Appriser In Caller
Find Cat the Appraiser.
We met Cat the Appraiser in Kemm's mansion. She seemed to be behaving somewhat suspiciously...
2.1. Appriser Told About Vault
We convinced Cat to tell us what she's up to. She wants three items from Kemm's vault - an antique painting, an antique cup, and an important scroll. She will pay us handsomely if we can retrieve them.
3. The Vault of Linder Kem

3.1. Got Painting
Collect Painting of the Divine.
We believe that we have found the painting that Cat sought.
4. Gave All The Items
Go back to Cat the Appraiser and sell her all three items.
We sold all of the items to Cat for a considerable sum. She then left Kemm's Mansion.
